11.55.330 is the first piece I made with my first DAW in 1998, a Macintosh 7600 with a 200 MHz CPU running Protools through an Avid Audiomedia sound card, monitored through a pair of Dynaudio BM15 powered by my trusty old Musical Fidelity A1-X amp.
A year later, in June '99 I had the track mastered by my friend Henner Dondorf and cut on a dubplate by Lupo at D&M which I gave as a gift to Kit Clayton when we met in Frankfurt. Josh and Sue released it as the A-Side of the Full Swing EP on their new Orthlorng Musork label early in 2000 which helped to put my music on the map.
I was planning to include 11.55.330 with the Trace compilation but didn't find the master anymore. Last week while cleaning house I found the original file on a CDR which had survived in a box for 20 years. I've mastered it over the weekend to share it with you here.
